TransDevelopment Group (TDG) has been retained by Wallenius Wilhemsen (WW) to provide consulting and project management services as part of WW’s relocation from the Port of Savannah to the Port of Brunswick. The program will create the largest high/heavy processing facility in the world, and broadly includes the construction of 15 buildings and associated site work (asphalt and concrete). TDG is directly managing the construction of 6 of the 15 buildings, with the remaining structures being completed by the Georgia Ports Authority. The buildings range from state-of-the-art warehouse with bridge cranes to Class-A industrial office spaces.
