TransDevelopment provided Development Management services for the finished vehicle facilities at the new Mazda-Toyota assembly plant in Huntsville, Alabama. The project includes a 60-acre vehicle distribution facility, and 70,000 feet of new onsite trackwork. A new 39,000 square foot building was built for the accessorization functions. The facility is connected with the Norfolk Southern Railway with a three-track, 10,000-foot long interchange yard.

TransDevelopment was separately hired for two additional projects onsite, including rail connections into a steel recycling center, and an additional workshop building.
