TransDevelopment Group (TDG) is providing Development Management services, as well as carefully planned COVID-19 mitigation measures, to construct for the finished vehicle facilities at the new Mazda-Toyota assembly plant in Huntsville, Alabama. The project includes a 60-acre vehicle distribution terminal, 70,000 feet of new onsite trackwork, and a new, 39,000 square foot vehicle processing building. Previously, TransDevelopment completed conceptual planning and detailed design for the entire logistics facility.
