Automotive Ro-Ro Terminal Buildings – Port of Mobile, AL

TransDevelopment is serving as the Design-Build Subcontractor for a new vehicle processing center at the Port of Mobile, Alabama. The Port has partnered with AutoMOBILE International Terminal (AIT) to develop the new 57-acre automotive terminal, set to open in 2021. TransDevelopment is working as the Design-Build Subcontractor to plan, design and construct the 40,000 square foot Vehicle Processing Center, with an integrated car wash, paint and body shop, and a separate fueling station and haulaway trucking station.
